ZHUMADIAN CIMC HUAJUN VEHICLE CO., LTD (shorted for CIMC HUAJUN) was founded in 1952, joined CIMC GROUP in April 2004, as a Sino-foreign joint venture which is the wholly-owned enterprise of CIMC GROUP.
