Jiangsu Aidefu Latex Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aidefu") established its first factory in Jiangdu, Yangzhou in 1994, becoming the first manufacturer in the natural latex manufacturing industry in Yangzhou. Natural latex manufacturing is gradually developing into a new pillar industry in Yangzhou.
Edfu is a world-renowned professional manufacturer and service provider of natural latex. In 2016, Tianfu invested heavily in Anhui Tianchang to establish the world's second modern factory (the first phase has been put into production).
In November 2018, the company became the latex product research and development test base of the Rubber Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences. In December of the same year, the company once again passed the national high-tech enterprise review (2018-2021).
The main customers of EDFU include: famous brands such as Musi, Luolai, Xilinmen, Quanyou Furnishing, Yalan, Gujia Furnishing, Silian, IKEA, Dr. Sleep.
In February 2019, the company won the 4th place in the top 100 Chinese rubber industry enterprises (rubber products) in 2019. In March, the company won the 24th place in the top 100 private enterprises in Yangzhou.
On July 10th, Edford ushered in a gorgeous turn-Hainan Natural Rubber Industry Group Co., Ltd. (A-share securities code: 601118, referred to as "Hainan Rubber"), officially released an announcement, announcing the acquisition of Ed Fu 80% equity. At this point, Edford officially became a state-owned subsidiary.
