We have our inhouse dedicated pattern room where we make paper patterns and prototyping samples for our buyers. Our Sourcing Department is experienced and can recommend advanced fabric to buyers, source the right materials, find the most suitable color combinations for raw material and trims, and inspect fabric quality.
Our expertise involves testing for water-proof and breathable or RET for functional fabrics, fabric weight, color fastness, anti-pilling, shrinkage rate and fabric resistance. Our production experience includes durable water re'pellency, waterproof coating, bonded PU film and Tricot 3 layers bonded. Primarloft，Polartec and 3M are our long-term partners.
Our production facilities are located in Anhui and Jiangxi provinces of Mainland China. The workers here are relatively more skilled than in other areas and the labour cost is relatively lower. At present approximately over 200 workers are working for our orders.Our strict quality control and waterproof techniques that comply with German standards have won us trust from our long-term buyers. Our trained QC managers supervises every production line; Our professional QC team inspects each product before shipment, and feedback is given back to the head offices for future order.
