For the quality control in process of dyeing, printing and finishing, PHK participation shares of the Dyeing & Printing Factory , sharing them the same Q/A , laboratory, and QC standards.The exported fabric are 100% inspected, and every roller of fabric has a sample record kept in PHK. The Q/C department for finished product has a full-time person who is in charge of checking the width, weight , color and design comparison ,sample retention of each finished product. There are two procedures: desktop inspection and machine aided inspection.
