The company has installed advanced water equipment,perfect sewage treatment equipment,7 sets of one-chamber sorting machines,2 sets of three-chambers sorting machines,1 set of six-chambers sorting machine,2 sets of mixing machines,2 sets of packing machines,4 sets of washing line,100 sets of sewing machines,1 set of automatic filling machine.
Our main products are 5-95% white and grey goose and duck down,sticky down,goose and duck feathers,USA(IDFB)Standard 700-900 fill power goose and duck down,JIS standard 350DP-460DP goose and duck down,down quilts,down mattresses,feather and down pillows.The company has an annual output of 2,000 tons of down and feathers,including 500 tons high quality down,100,000 down bedding.Our ‘Wanxi’feather and down are just from the famous goose-Wanxi big white goose in Lu’an city,which has the characteristic- as white as snow,big down cluster,strong fiber,as round as pearl,good warmth preservation.It is really high quality green product that can be compared with world famous down in Poland and Hungary.Over the years,in addition to supplying domestic garments and home textile companies,the products have also been sold well in Japan,USA,Germany,South Korea,Taiwan,Hong Kong and other countries and regions,are favored by domestic and foreign merchants.
