In 2012, Youngy Health wholly acquired Germany`s top brand sauna company, Saunalux. in 2013, Youngy Health acquired a Medical Device Production License. In 2014, Youngy Health acquired Shenzhen Josen Sauna Co.,Ltd.. In 2015, Youngy Health acquired Golden Designs, Inc., a U.S.A. established company. Lastly and also in 2015, acquired Massage Chair manufacturer Anhui Jiugong Wellness Industry Co., Ltd. In 2016 became a shareholder of Anhui Zhong Sheng Su Yuan Biology Technic Company, step in stem cells research; also became a shareholder of the Internet and Health programs of Hefei Yinglian Technology company and in the same year Youngy Health signed cooperation contract with Massachusetts General Hospital(MGH). In 2018 Youngy Health is held by well-known domestic investment group Youngy Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd.
