1. First Germany Imported intelligent production line mill in China for up to 1mm ~40mm ultra-thin and ultra-thick and full-size MDF&HDF manufacturing.
2. Asia's first ultra-thin and ultra-high-speed fiberboard intelligent factory production line.

With an investment of 360 million yuan, Yekalon introduced the most advanced main production line of continuous presses and intelligent factory systems from Germany. Along with the high-standard and high-demand supporting auxiliary equipment, Yekalon built the first intelligent ultra-thin ultra-high-speed fiberboard production line in Asia. The production speed can reach 2 m/s, and it can produce medium and high-density fiberboard products from 1 mm to 40 mm in full size. Under full load operation, the annual output can reach 300,000 m³.Equipment introduction: Yekalon adopted Siempelkamp's eighth-generation ContiRoll® press (9 feet wide, 33.8m long) and a complete set of intelligent control system Prod-IQ®, and is equipped with flash dryer Fiber sorter, complete glue adjustment system with intelligent glue-sizing machine Ecoresinator, heavy-duty press, and slab preheating system.

Under our R&D efforts in 2019, we have developed Anti-termite boards and floors and Super water resistant boards and floors.

4 200 million sqm forestry leads to the low carbon economy

For more than ten years, the company has invested nearly 300 million RMB in three counties in Huanggang to purchase 200 million sq.m of barren mountains, sparse forest land, and suitable forest land for tree planting.
