Xinle Vast Plastic Factory was founded in Feb of 1999 and in Sep of 2008 it was reformed to be a limited liability company named as Xinle City Vast Plastic Co., Ltd. It is a professional manufacturer of plastic flooring, located in Mucun industry park of Xinle City in Hebei Province, enjoying very convenient transportation.

Since the factory was founded, 'Product Quality is the life of company' was confirmed as the operating principle. According to the material of printing film we have developed PVC, PET, OPP. We are able to produce ground cloth series and no ground cloth series plastic roll flooring with our own 40 more patterns and total more than 380 patterns, width of 1.0m$1.5m$1.8m$2.0m and thickness from 0,35mm to 3mm. There are 38 technical personnel with more than 15 years working experience on rolling flooring and foaming flooring producing in our company and it is the one of the leading and professional manufacturers in PVC roll flooring producing in China. We have our own stable sales agencies all over China and we have been exporting our products to the international market with the assistance of other international agencies for more than 4 years. It is one of the main plastic flooring manufacturers in China, with an area of 30000 square meters, more than 110 staff and yearly output of twenty million meters.
