● Main equipment:
A. 4 sets of automatic double-head lap welding machines, 16 sets of steel double-head automatic CO2 Shielded Arc welding machines, 3 sets of column section assembling machines and 3 sets of aluminum radiator automatic welding machines;
B. There are 5 spraying lines with a total length of about 980m, two lines of them are full IR high-efficiency electrostatic automatic spraying lines and three lines are semi-automatic offline spraying lines. Swiss Gema spray gun is adopted for coating.
Main advantages:
A. We use surface acid-phosphate pre-treatment and 12-head automatic shot blasting machine to ensure that there is no oil and no rust in the spraying substrate;
B. Products have been pressed for 5 times and baked water for 3 times to ensure that the leakage rate of products is within 0.03%
C. All the company's products have passed the European CE certification (EN442 standard).
