Anhui Hanhua Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd is located in Langxi Industrial Park, on a central location between 3 provinces: Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui province. The factory is in driving distance from Nanjing, Hangzhou and Shanghai airport.
Built in 1992, the whole factory covers an area of 120,000 square meters. The workshops are covering approximative 100,000 square meters and we have about 500 employees. The Company is listed on the stock market with code 834323.
We are specialized in the manufacturing of LVT, SPC, WPC flooring and Wall panels. We have 4 calendars for PVC base material, 48 hot-embossing machines, 18 continuous production lines for SPC, 6 extrusion machines for WPC, 8 lines for cutting and grooving and 2 lines for automatic packaging, the monthly capacity can achieve about 1000 containers, which equals approximative 20,000,000 square meters of flooring each year.
Research and development is a key factor for the development of our Company. Our R&D department, has 35 technicians and engineers and have achieved more than 30 Chinese Patent for LVT, SPC and WPC flooring.
To achieve a perfect quality of each piece of flooring produced, we have a QC department with more than 50 inspectors, who assure that the quality of the materials & products is tested and controlled at each process step. We have our own QC lab with state of the art testing equipment for physical & chemical testing to assure the final testing of each production batch.
We obtained ISO9001 AND ISO14001 certificates, and the products have been certified by CE , FLOORSCORE and GREENGUARD.
