Wuhan Rightway Housewares Co., Ltd. was established in 2006, mainly engaged in toothbrushes and personal care products, and toothbrush manufacturing machinery.

We sell nearly 60 million pieces toothbrushes annually of value around 5 million US dollars. We are one of the largest toothbrush exporters in China.

We set up our own toothbrush production base in Tuanfeng Industrial Park, Hubei province, China. It integrates toothbrush R & D, production and sales. We have a high-quality management and production team with more than 200 employees including 28 management persons, 19 marketing persons, 5 technical development persons and 180 workers. It has a complete toothbrush production line, from injection to packaging, including 18 horizontal injection molding machines, 20 vertical injection molding machines, 14 bristle stuffing machines, 5 end-rounding machines, 5 heat sealing packaging machines, and 11 hot stamping machines. , 1 automatic labeling machine, 10 shrink sealing machines, more than 400 pairs of various toothbrushes molds. In order to ensure the stability and improvement of quality and output, and to cope with the pressure of increasing labor costs, we continue to introduce automation equipment and add manipulators in each production process. At present, our production automation level has exceeded 50%, and the daily output can reach 350,000pcs.

We have standardized our management in accordance with the requirements of the international quality system since establishment in 2007, and have obtained ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality system certification since 2007. In order to develop the international market and enter into the international supermarkets, we have passed the BRC advanced level audit every year since 2015, BRC Site Code: 672240. And since 2016, we have passed the BSCI audit every year, DBID: 360463. Also has been registered with the US FDA since 2013.

We have an independent R & D department, which designs and develops by its own. At present, we have one patented product and more than 20 best-selling export registered trademarks. The registered trademarks "RIGHT WAY", "COLZIT", "MEDICARE" and "CARRO" owned by us have been gradually recognized in the international market and loved by consumers after years of unremitting efforts.

By our unremitting efforts, our products have been exported to foreign countries such as Bolivia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria, UAE, Iran and other countries, having established a deep and long-term partnership with our customers. Our toothbrushes are sold in many well-known overseas supermarkets and chain stores, such as: KAUFLAND, EDEKA, REWE, NETTO, GLOBUS, MULLER, etc.

In recent years, we have developed toothbrushes with bamboo handles, which are sold in the European and American markets very well. With stable quality, we have successfully sold them in large supermarkets and chain stores such as EDEKA and MULLER. In addition, we have established the individual department to make toothbrush manufacturing machinery, using the Germany ZAHORANSKY machine as a benchmark for product quality, and relying on the famous Chinese toothbrush machinery brand "Mingjiu", our tufting machine and various accessories are purchased and used by toothbrush manufacturers from South Korea, Iran, Pakistan, Egypt and other parts of the world.
