Shandong Huantai Zhonghao Foreign Trade Co., Ltd was established in 1995,is located in the well-known ceramic capital of China-Zibo city.After years of development,our company has successively invested and established ceramic factory,decal factory,packing factory and sublimation coating factory.Shandong Zhonghao has formed a diversified enterprise including designing,producing and exporting.
Our ceramic factory covers an area of 27000 square meters,with over 200 empolyees.There are two ceramic production ovens and one decal application oven.Daily produciton capacity is around 100000pcs.From raw material,moulding,shaping,assembing,polishing,glazing,firing,decal application and inspection,we refine on every step,always put product quality first.
In order to promote the core competence of our company,production department is equipped with automatic glazing machine.It is helpful to improve the quality and stability of the product.Beyond that,we bought full automatic pad printing machine and introduced wax resist technology.It helps to increase the diversity of our product and meet more requirements of our customers.
While pursuing change,we also focus on the regular ceramic decal printing technology.Our company has professional development and design team.We can make design as customer’s requirements.Five automatic decal printing machines can produce the decal papers accurately and efficiently,to show the beauty of ceramics with excellent colors.
In recent years,we are committed to openning up wider international markets.We accepted Disney Audit,Sedex audit and BSCI audit,also got ISO and FSC ceritificate.We produce many kinds of ceramic product for internatioinal famous brands like Disney,Coca Cola,Tata Tea,Harry Potter and etc.
