Founded 29 years ago, Dongguan Zhanhong Weaving String Co., Ltd. is the only authorized lanyard producer designated by London Olympics 2012.
In order to solve the masks shortage in fighting the COVID-19 epidemic, we established Mask Department in late February 2020 to produce masks for civil use and other epidemic prevention materials in urgent need.
With huge joint investment with Shenzhen Hezheng Group, we ordered multiple production lines of mask, and urgently established and reformed clean workshops.
Our factory has always focused on quality management, and has won a favorable reception from customers from Japan and various countries. Adhering the principle of “Life prevails everything else!”, we have formulate and implement strict standards in every link and every detail of inspection and production, especially for the life-critical anti-epidemic materials such as masks,
Hezheng Group has established a laboratory since the beginning of mask production and purchased testing equipment for filtration rate of
melt blown. We insist testing the melt blown of each batch before, during and after the production, ensuring the quality of our products.
There are 4 manufacturing workshops of mask in Zhanhong plant. The daily output of KN95 masks and 3-ply disposable face masks exceed 1 million and 300,000 pieces respectively only in Zhanhong plant, and those of the entire Hezheng Group, including Guanlan plant and Guangming plant, exceed 2.8 million and 3 million pieces respectively.
Our products have passed the tests of EN149, GB2626, GB/T32610, T/GDBX025, etc., in well-known testing institutions and have obtained IS013485, IS09001 and CE certifications. American EUA, NIOSH and CDC certifications are also being applied. We have also passed verification of Disney, Coca-Cola, BSCI, etc.
We are the authorized supplier of Disney for more than 10 years in a row, as well as the cooperative manufacturer of world-renowned brands such as Coca-Cola, Porsche, Huawei, etc.
With the support of new and regular customers, our masks have been successfully sold to Europe, the United States, Japan, Mexico, Australia, South Africa, Russia and other countries.
