Huatai Ceramics Industry Ltd sits on a land that is more than 40,000 square meters in size. This area includes a production workshop of more than 18,000 square meters in size, and also featuring a 1,300 square meters modern office building.

The company has two factories-one for the production of finished ceramic ware and the other for pattern processing.

The production workshop is equipped with partial automation and semi-automated ceramic production process, of which includes four automatic glazing lines, and a special mention of our dual-roller automatic rotary machine, which marks the first to debut in Hunan Province.

Due to the fact that most of the products are managed by robotics system with artificial intelligence, the company has been able to move away from less efficient traditional operation models.

The production process from mud mixing, body forming, firing, glazing, roasting, quality inspection, to packaging are all completed within the production workshop.

At present, the company is primarily focused on four categories, notably the medium and low temperature glaze, medium temperature white porcelain, and new bone porcelain.

Our portfolio includes more than thousands of shape and pattern design. Just the medium temperature glaze alone, customers will be able to choose from more than a thousand color. As for the low temperature glaze, we have China Red, Turquoise Green, Royal Yellow and more to choose from.

The company uses modern electric kiln roasting technology, which allows us to innovatively produce products such as color changing drink ware, glow in the dark drink ware and more.
