Jiangxi Rayone Ltd. (Rayone) was founded in May, 2015, is an enterprises specializing in automotive aluminum alloy wheel design, production and sales. Rayone is the only Automotive Wheel Hub manufacturing enterprises in Jiang Xi province, located at Yihuang Industrial District, which covers an area of 66 acres and total plant area is more than 130000 square meters. Rayone invests Automobile Wheel-hub Project in two phases. The production capacity of Phase One project, has reached to one million sets each year, which has gone into production.
Rayone has advanced production equipment and a sound detection system. The main production equipment includes: one set of smelting furnace, sixteen gravity casting machines, one set of continuous heat-treatment line, six sets of machine processing equipment, three sets of coating production line. The detection equipment includes: X light detection machine, spectrum analyzer, dynamic balancing machine, leak testing machine, deflection instrument, impact testing machine, radial fatigue testing machine, fatigue bending machine, salt spray testing machine, etc..
