Our factory is located in Yuanhong Investment Zone, Chengtou Town, Fuqing City. It covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has 60 employees. It has an excellent production management and quality control team. The quality management system has passed IATF 16949 certification. Production potential capacity is about 200,000 sets / year for automotive brake pads, and about 8 million sets / year for motorcycle and electric vehicle brake pads. All our friction formulations were independently developed by our German engineer in our factory and is widely praised by customers for its excellent performance for good price. Our products adopt German quality control concepts and manufacturing processes for mass production and have been matched with many domestic OE manufacturers. In addition, our factory also has a fully equipped Brake Testing Laboratory; Our test equipment includes a Single ended Dynamometer tester, constant speed tester, Chase test machine, shear strength test machine and compressibility test machine, etc., We test to all the relevant ISO, JASO and GB required standards for brake linings with professional reporting in order to ensure that our products conforms to these standards, consistently .
At present, the company's main line of production, electric vehicle brake pads, are being supplied to many domestic first-tier electric vehicle manufacturers for many years.
