Huaqin Textile has strong research and development capabilities. We have 23 product patents and many patents are in the process of acceptance. We carry out various physical and chemical tests on the products, and all the products meet the environmental standards of OEKO-TEX100.
Huaqin Textile has a complete supply chain. The weaving workshop has 460 advanced wide-width air jet looms, high-speed water jet looms, and large-diameter garden looms, which can provide more than 5 million meters of various fabrics each month.
The dyeing and finishing workshop ensure high dyeing quality and timely delivery, which improves the overall production efficiency.
All finished fabrics of Huaqin Textile must undergo strict inspection. We use the Data color checking machine to read out the customer standard samples and establish a database. Each batch of fabrics should be compared with database before cutting, and only be used in large quantities after being qualified. Professional operation and advanced testing yield better color control, which satisfies customer’s demand more.
