Anhui times innovation technology investment and development co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "times technology") is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested by times publishing media co., LTD. (listed company, stock code 600551). The company was founded on December 19, 2008, formerly known as the former science and technology university innovation co., LTD. In September 2008, approved by China securities regulatory commission, hkust innovation co., ltd. and anhui publishing group reorganized their assets, restructured and integrated the original innovative business assets of hkust, and put them into "times science and technology" after evaluation. "times science and technology" was then used as the share capital to invest and hold major operating entities respectively.
Times technology consists of three holding companies and four wholly-owned subsidiaries.
