Haiba Group is a well know faucet manufacture in China whom founded in 1993,focus on Various types of faucets. This is a modern enterprise with the abilities of R&D 、 manufacture 、Marketing and sales .
Haiba Group has three major production bases in China. Tangxia, Wenzhou, has a construction area of 32,000 square meters and 560 employees. Longwan, Wenzhou, has a construction area of 43,000 square meters and 480 employees. Foshan, Guangdong, has a construction area of 27,000 square meters and 200 employees. Our group now has 1,000 employees, including more than 200 people with college education or above, more than 400 people with technical secondary education, and more than 80 engineers and technicians with intermediate professional titles. The high-quality staff ensures the rapid and stable development of the enterprise.
The annual production capacity of faucet in our company is more than 10 million sets, and its main products include more than 800 varieties and a dozen series of faucet, such as shower, bathtub, basin, kitchen, water tank and spray head, which can meet the multi-level demand of the market.
Our company has 5 invention patents, 29 utility model patents and more than 150 appearance patents. And we will also develop 15 to 18 series of new products every year.
Our company has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification, ACS certification in France, CE certification in Europe, ETA certification in Denmark, DVGW in Germany, TSE certification in Turkey and WRAS certification in Britain.
At present, our company integrates casting, machining, polishing, electroplating and assembly. In order to further improve the quality of products and strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises, we has successively introduced world-class assembly line production equipment, such as Imre casting machine of Italy, Hasco electric furnace of Korea and KWC low-pressure casting machine of Switzerland. For finishing, we adopt domestic brand CNC machine to finish the main body of the faucet at one time. For polishing, we adopt the popular 8-axis numerical control peeling machine to ensure the overall dimensions of the faucet. For sand casting process of the product, we adopt a robot to do sand-casting and a 6-axis automatic polishing machine to finish polishing after peeling. For electroplating, we adopt automatic electroplating line, which requires that the copper parts should be electroplated with four layers and the handle should be electroplated with seven layers.

We have world leading smart automatic test center with material spectroscopic analyzers, salt spraying testers, product life testers and flow testers. In addition, we imported advanced equipment from Switzerland, such as copper testing machines and coating thickness measurement. Moreover, we bought lots of advanced devices, like automatic CNC machines, automatic stripping machines, cleaning machines and automatic electroplating line, to test the duration of key parts, such as cartridges, water mouth lifts, spray switches, ball head swinging and dish basin pipes.
