Established in 1985 Linyi Baoquan Industrial Co., Ltd., has a total of 300 staff, professional and technical staff account for 20% of the workforce, with more than 30% of the staff educated to degree level or above. With the concept "pursuing super quality forever", Baoquan has installed a complete set of advanced "V Process" (vacuum precision) casting lines and electric melting. In the late 1990's it added advanced auto-stamping steel plate lines from Sweden. The enamel powder coating technology used is from Germany, and the furnaces electric with automatic control.
