The core company, Yusheng Electric Wire Factory, was established in 1970s with main products of enameled wire and PVC insulation cable. During next 20 years of growing, other 4 companies were founded as well. In 1996 the group company, Shanghai Yusheng Enterprise Development Co., Ltd was founded to hold the 5 already existing companies to get the effect of synergy.
