SHANGQIU STAR TOOLS CO.,LTD was founded in 1998, our factory is a research, development, production, sales of hand tools enterprise. The corporate headquarters is located in Yucheng economic development zone, Henan province, covering 12000 square meters, and over 180 employees here.
