Zhejiang Wigo Pump Co., Ltd., is founded in 1998, is located in Zeguo Town, Wenling City, Zhejiang Province, an intelligent manufacturing town for pump in China. Our company specializes in R & D, produce and export of circulation pumps, wall-hung boilers circulation pumps, booster pumps, and canned self-priming pumps. From spare parts of the products to the export of the whole pump, to the new products’ research,development and promotion , WIGO strives hard to offer better-quality, innovative, energy-saving and high-efficient products in this fields.
Adhering to the craftsmanship spirit,we pursue the extreme. WIGO’s make full use of the rich experience in the past to continuously optimize the product accuracy and improve the quality. And in strict accordance with the ISO9001: 2015 quality management system, our products have successively passed CCC, CQC, GS, CE, RoHS, REACH, TUV ERP and other certifications to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.we wish to provide end users with safety, stability, reliability products.
In order to improve produce efficiency and promote the process of mechanization, WIGO launched automation research departments in 2016.This department is aimed to design and develop a fully automatic assembly line which is special for circulation pump. The first line was successful to put into production at the end of the year in 2016. From the transfer of spare parts to the overall assembly and testing of the pump, all of these process are operated by robot.
At the end of 2019,we moved into the new plant. The new plant covers an area of 40,000 square meters. As plan ,there will be 4 new production lines cooperated with stereoscopiclization warehouse to implement Digital production management which can help to improve the produce efficiency and the stability of product.
Our company works hard to innovate new different products.In 2014, the shiftless circulation pump is pushed into market . In 2019, the first shielded self-priming pump was successfully developed, which can lower the noise of traditional self-priming pump.It combined with the advanced Permanent magnet frequency conversion technology , and updated the technology of this field .
As the drafting unit of China's shielded circulation pump industry standards, our company is also "national-level high-tech enterprises" and "top 20 key industrial enterprises in the city".We aim to develop the High-quality products and good service for our customers.
