Established in 2005, Yuyao Dewei Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. is a small household electrical appliance enterprise, specializing in the production of personal care appliances. The Company is located in the small household appliance industry gathering area, Hangzhou Bay. Relying on Ningbo Port, the products are exported to all parts of the world. From the beginning of its establishment, Dewei Company aspired to provide high-quality R&D, design and production services in the field of personal care products to global leading brands. After nearly 15 years of development, the Company has gradually formed an enterprise with the whole process of design, research and development, mold development, and manufacturing.
The Company's current production plant is nearly 25,000 m2 with 400 employees; The Company's assembly workshop has 7 assembly lines, which can provide a capacity of 350,000pcs to 400,000pcs per month.
The Company has more than 60 kinds of hair care products, such as, hair dryer, hair straightener, hair curler, etc. which are exported to more than 60 countries and regions in Europe, North America and South America.
The Company has an independent R&D department, which can complete product design, structural design and evaluation tests. There are 12 R&D and test engineers and they can develop 2-3 new products per month. It has nearly 60 patents and can provide OEM and ODM services to customers at any time. The Company's products have obtained various certifications such as GS, EMC, ETL, CE/LVD, CB, REACH, RoHS, etc.
The Company has a fully equipped mold workshop with CNC machine tools imported from Switzerland, spark machines and other equipment, and has a professional three-dimensional testing instrument. It has a professional team of 18 mold engineers, which can complete 2- 3 new product molds per month to ensure to provide customers with high-quality products.
The injection workshop adopts automatic assembly line, equipped with 35 injection molding machines. The advanced equipment is suitable for standardized operation of employees to ensure product quality.
The Company has a relatively complete production process, has its own DC motor production workshop , painting workshop ,which can produce various types of hair dryers and hairdressing tools, and provides complete structural optimization and improvement schemes.
