Ourstone has two production bases in Huizhou and Shenzhen, with a total area of more than 35,000 square meters and more than 400 employees, including more than 100 hardware, software and test personnel.We have complete equipment,including measuring and testing instruments.There are 4 high-speed production lines in the SMT patch workshop,and have a capacity of producing over 5 million a day.2 sets of high-speed insert machine in AI automatic plug-in workshop,and have a capacity of 2 million a day.DIP plug-in has 2 plug-in lines and is equipped with fully automatic wave soldering, and has various test equipment.There are 3 assembling lines,with high pressure test instrument,High and Low temperature test cabinet and specially designed product aging room,and the monthly production of DVB is up to 600,000 units.After yeas of development,we have formed a strong supply chain with the upstream chip companies,such as Hisilicon,Avilink,National Chip,which provided an effective guarantee for our lean production.
