The factory was set up to be a pure die-cast foundry. Our Hydraulic pressurized gravity pull mechanisms allow leading edge die-casting procedures resulting in clean and neat casting pieces.The largest die cast moulds we can make at this moment is 80inches.

Our die cast casting production speed is about 7 times faster than traditional sand casting.And the quality of the products is much cleaner and more detailed and consistant than Sand casting products, the Shoot blasting machines significantly reduced manual grinding, resulting in smooth surface finishes,strong powder coating adhesion and cost efficiency.

We create, own and manage every single die cast mold in-house
Two CNC mold making machines allow us to create, design and fine tune our own die-cast moulds 24hours a day. We design and develop 200 moulds every year.We have our own design team and we can also make moulds for customed designs.
