Located in Weihai, Shandong Province near Qingdao Port, Weihai Star Arts Co., Ltd. was established by experienced people of designer, manufacturing manager and export service people in plush toy business. With new printing method, our products are lifelike and very cute. We produce our toys in compliance with international markets, and our toys have passed the European EN71, American ASTM F-963 and AS/NZ ISO 8124 tests. We are applying the ICTI Ethical Toy Program Audit. We are planning to finish this audit in 2020.
