WHAT WE PROVIDE
We manufacture men’s toupees, hair replacement systems, hairpieces, full caps and women’s hair systems, human hair wigs, lace front wigs, full lace wigs, medical wigs, hair toppers, hair extensions and hair wefts to meet the demands of different markets. Our progression over the years has enabled us to diversify our product range. We offer a variety of wig base materials including ultra-thin skin, super thin skin, injected skin, Swiss lace, French lace, mono and PU coat. Our hair replacement systems come in two different categories: stock hair systems and custom hair systems.

Our stock hair products range from very durable bases such as mono and skin bases, to very realistic bases such as ultra-thin skin and lace bases. We always have 20,000 pieces ready in stock for immediate shipment. Custom hair products, on the other hand, are made on request. Our professional sales team will be able to advise clients on all the possible models we can design. We have a range of different wig base sizes, hair densities and hair colors (including gray hair) to meet any requirement.

What’s more, we also offer various wig accessories like toupee tape, wig tape, wig stands, clips and combs, etc. and different ordering tools such as human hair color rings, base material chart rings, base model kit rings, hair curl and wave rings, hair density rings, etc.

Finally, we offer the following ready-to-wear services: pre-cutting and styling and base cutting. So, if you are not able to style hair systems for your customers then we can do that for you before shipping them to you. Our professional and experienced hairstylists are able to do a wide array of hairstyles including the most in-demand ones. We also have a wig repair service with services that include adding hair to thinning wigs to restore the original density, repairing torn or damaged wig bases, changing or repairing lace fronts. We can repair both human hair wigs and synthetic wigs.

The head office is responsible for all client-based work whereas the factory focuses on the production of wholesale wigs and toupees.

In our head office, we have a professional team with 46 members who are available 24/7 to connect with you. We understand we have an international audience, so it is important to us that we are able to communicate with our clients regardless of their time zone or location. Our professional staff will ensure the customer finds the hair system they need, and that the order is carried out smoothly. All our departments are transparent with one another when it comes to sharing information. This allows the customer to have a seamless experience when working with us. Staff members are fully qualified to handle any queries so can help you with your sales and after sales matters.

As one of the largest wig manufacturers for distributors, our factory is sizable enough to house more than 50 professionals, each contributing to the quality of the hair replacement products that reach our partners. Our factory team is highly skilled and works with top-end equipment in order to produce high-quality hair products. Our investment in our factory allows us to produce over 5,000 hair systems monthly and over 70,000 pieces annually. All our products go through a professional customized product control process. There are six quality inspections in the production process to ensure each hair system meets the standards required during each production stage. All in all, our factory can consistently produce the best quality hair systems for your business in a timely manner.

From the start to finish our head office and factory are able to work collaboratively and effectively to ensure all orders are met. The central office is responsible for receiving and reviewing orders for errors and improvements. Once the order is finalized, the order is processed and sent to our factory. The head office and factory are transparent when sharing information to ensure any customer order is fulfilled. The factory will then manufacture the product and carry out the necessary quality inspections as mentioned previously. After production, the hair system is sent to head office and further quality inspections are carried out by our team. Finally, the order is shipped and we use trusted couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Delivery takes 3-5 working days. You should also know that we accept various payment systems such as PayPal, Western Union, Money Gram, and bank transfers.
