Maite Footwear founded in 1998, specialized in Goodyear welted, cemented and PU injected leahter shoes and boots for working protection, army and police, snow boots, mountaineering, and casual, etc. Maite covers an area of more than 25, 000sqm, and the workshops covers more than 15,000sqm. Maite has 400 employees, 50 professional managing staffs, 2 advanced assembly lines. Annual production ability is more than 800,000 pairs.
According to the business increasing, we established a new factory in 2017, named Ripdance Footwear Co., Ltd. The new factory covers an area of 80,000sqm. The first-stage project we built the buildings with 23,000sqm, which can put 6 new production lines with production capacity more than 1,500,000 pairs/year. We have our own Testing Center, advanced testing machines and professional technical staffs. Routine tests are made for the raw materials and finished products, to ensure the products quality. Our products passed the CE and ASTM tests, meet the Europe and US standards. The factory Ripdance passed the audits and get the social responsibility certificates both BSCI and WRAP, ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certificate and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certificate. Zhucheng City, which both the factories located, 90kms to the Qingdao sea port, 110kms to the Qingdao International Airport, and 100kms to the CR-railway station.
