Amigu is a multinational chain enterprise with shoes, clothes, bags and cultural goods as its main products. Having Amigu (Hong Kong) Group Co., Ltd., Amigu (Angola) Import and Export Industry Group Co., Ltd., Amigu (Chile) Investment Co., Ltd., Amigu (Ghana) Investment Co., Ltd., Xiamen Amigu Import and Export Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Amigu Shoes Co., Ltd., Fuzhou Amigu Trading Co., Ltd., Amigu Mozambique-Tanzania-Congo Kingdom Trade Companies and other wholly-owned and joint venture subsidiaries.

Amigu successfully landed in Angola in 2004. So far, it has become the largest wholesaler of footwear and cultural goods in the Republic of Angola. IPENEMA children's wear has become the first brand of children's wear in Angola. Amigu has created a good image of China's products in Angola, with products as the core of its business and the pursuit of quality, innovation and brand as its business philosophy.

In September 2012, Amigu became a Class A tax credit enterprise in Xiamen.

In March 2013, Amigu became the practice base of International Trade Department of Guangzhou Vocational College of Administration.

In September 2013, Amigu and the Chilean Foreign Investment Commission co-sponsored the 17th China International Investment and Trade Fair Chile Merchants Fair.

In November 2013, Amigu, as one of China's 30 investment projects, was listed in Chile's first International Investment Forum in 2014.

In December 2013, Amigu (Chile) Investment Co., Ltd. was established.

In June 2014, Amigu (Ghana) Investment Co., Ltd. was established.
