Who we are…

Fujian Putian Power Rich I & E
Founded in 1999, Power Rich is a footwear trading company with offices
in Fujian Putian, China with great financial strength, good business reputation and bright prospect. Our business annual amount in Yr 2,010 is around 102 million dollars. This year, the sale figure would be expected more than Yr 2010. Our products are exported to countries all over the World such as, the U.S., Australia & Europe.


What products we export…

We export a wide variety of footwear – namely men's, women's, youth, kid's EVA sandal, Vulcanized shoes, athletic shoes, hiker and snow boots etc….


Our Staff…

We have an experienced staff of 180. Over 30 experience qualified merchandisers have profound knowledge of the shoe trade plus QA/QC of over 40 persons who visit our factories on a daily basis in order to improve the communication and understanding. This helps us maintain our confident attitude and perspective that all goods produced by these factories are in accordance with our customer's needs and requirements. We have 8 persons in Technician team to carefully monitor and great care is taken to ensure that all our products meet the standard expected by our customers.

We have our own sample room and in-house PD team of 70 persons, they are in touch with new fashions trends and work closely with customer to produce samples that meet with the current trends.


Customers…

Customer Base – We have customers from various regions of the world, who range from importers and distributors, to high street fashion shops, discount/budget shops and chain stores. Countries we currently trade which include the U.S., Australia and Europe. Main customer is TCP, Walmart, K-mart, Target, Bass, Kohl's, JC Penny…. Just name a few. Around 90% of customer basis is fm US and rest of 10% is Australia and Europe.

Co-operation – In Year 2010, TCP take up 23.5% out of Power Rich whole company business. TCP business turnover in Power Rich is around
24 million US dollars with shipped 6 millions pair of shoes.


Co-ordination – As our customers come from various countries and most of our activities are carried out in Mainland China, co-ordination is a key factor of success. We have 25 factories to supporting Power Rich whole business, factories is located in Fujian area, Zhejiang area, Hangzhou area and Nanjing area as well.

We use 10 renowned factories located in Fujian area for TCP shoes orders which named East Hunt Wolf for vulcanized shoes, Yifeng and Hua Tai for Flip Flop, Deng Feng for Chalet boot and fashion Sandal, Sheng Chuan for Blown EVA shoes.

Our QC station in the factory and check the quality of the goods at every stage until shipment is made. Care is taken to ensure that orders meet the strict requirements of our customers. With time, we have established a healthy relationship with suppliers who help us achieve the needs and requirements of our customers.

Business Overview…

Perplexity – the key problem in China such as RMB VS US dollar floating exchange rate, we will adopt the method which forward exchange rate set to solve this problem. And will stock up the material to fulfill number of months usage to solve the TPR/RUBBER cost go up.


Factory Location Trend – We have considered moving the factory basis to Cambodia due to the lower wages and labor relatively sufficient. It can help to ease the US dollars settlement which will not exist the exchange rate floating problems like China. Less expensive land for Foreign Investment Policy will also help out to provide a competitiveness cost to customer.


Business Plan – For upcoming future, our company business plan aspects are about Increase the business proportion in currently customers, Expand more business channel to receive direct orders and ready to touch the brand,adjust the production of company structure proportion.
