A professional hand tools manufacturing always focus on quality inspection.
We have full set testing machines, such as Durometer to test hardness,Salt spray testing machine to test rust prevention capability,Tension tester and Wooden Moisture testing detector.All inspection according TUV/GS standard.

For Manufacturing mechanization we introduced CNC milling machine and CNC grinding machine to control smooth of hammer surface.we also replace paint spraying to Powder coating to improve adhesive force and anti-rust capability.

Design department always create attractive fiberglass handle with human engineering function.Every year Tacoma tool hammer have new handle to serve on market.
