Jiangsu Overseas Group Co. Ltd. (JOC), a wholly state-owned large enterprise with registered capital of RMB 500 million, was established in 1995 and listed as a "Pillar Enterprise of Jiangsu Province" in 1996. JOC is empowered by the People's Government of Jiangsu Province to invest, operate and manage with the allocated state-owned assets. Through years of continuous development, JOC has become a big group company incorporating international trade, industrial investment and modern service business together, and has realized an annual turnover of over RMB 11 billion, import and export volume USD 1.25 billion and net assets RMB 2.1 billion.
JOC, the No. 1 importer among SOEs owned by the Jiangsu Provincial Government, has 33 years' experience of international trade. From 2001 to 2016, JOC totally imported USD 11.9 billion worth of products or service.
JOC is one of the top import and export enterprises in Jiangsu Province. From 2001 to 2016, JOC's accumulative trade volume amounted to USD 19.7 billion.
JOC is the largest Jiangsu enterprise who not only has a large volume of international trade but also makes a large number of investments at home and abroad. JOC is the top Chinese exporter of pet products under the self- owned brand "SINOPET", a Chinese Famous Export Brand.
