Hangzhou Reducer Factory, the origin of Fixedstar Group, was founded in 1976.

Starting from a small workshop with only 30 workers, Fixedstar has now expanded to 1000 workers.

Two plants in Hangzhou and Changxing cover an area of 90.6 acres. Total assets surpass 300 million US Dollars.

Fixedstar is not only the earliest manufacturer of worm gear reducer in China but also supplies the most complete selections for small and medium sized reducers.

80% of our reducers are bought by customers from the US, Italy, Germany, UK, Turkey, Brazil and many other countries in five continents.

With our increasing yearly investment budget, we now own German Made high precision CNC Grinding Center, hobbing machine, 3D coordinate measuring machine, gear measurement center, spectrometer; Japan-brand horizontal machining center, Austria Made Aichelin INDUSTRIAL FURNACE; Taiwan-Made vertical machining center, CNC worm mill and processing and testing equipment and our own established labs and testing centers.
ISO9001 and ISO14001 as well as CE and other certificates are regarded as fundamental and beginning of quality control.

As a leading researcher and manufacturer of gearboxes in China, Fixedstar boasts a Provincial Research and Development Center, a Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, and a Municipal High-tech Research Center.
