In November 2010, Dynamax Group, acquired rich experiences of multy cylinder diesel engines researching, manufacturing and saling from its subordinate enterprise-Shandong Weichai Huafeng Power Co.,Ltd, invested in the construction of Jiangsu Zltech Power Co.,Ltd. . Factory mill of Zltech started building in No.5, Fenglin Road, Changzhou, Jiangsu, PRC in July, 2012 and sucessfully completed the capping in the end of 2012.
Within total investment of 300 million Chinese yuan, Zltech design to annual production of 6000 Nos of high-power intellegent diesel engine and more than 2000 high-power diesel generator sets. The advanced plant of Zltech covers an area of 46000 square meters along with maching workshop , assembly workshop ,test run workshop, paint wokrshop and complete set workshop.
Diesel engine of Zltech power designed as a leading product in China as well as advanced level in global markets along with feaures of high ennomic benefits&high cost-effective, environment friendly, low fuel&oil comsumption and low noise level. About emission level, Zltech has reached national off-highway second standard and 3A standard.
The first product of Zltech is 136 cylinder bore series diesel engine.Kindly please see the details below:
1. 6 cylinders diesel line type engine: stroke:150&165mm, displacement:13&14L,rated power:320&400kw,RPM:1500-1800,maily uesed in generation industry ,marine engine,marine power generation and other industries.
2. 12 cylinders V type diesel engine:stroke:165mm, displacement:28.8L, rated power: 800kw, RPM:1500-1800, maily used in generation industry.
3. 8 cylinders line diesel engine: stroke:165mm, displacement:19.2L, rated power:500kw, RPM:1500-1800, mainly used in marine engine.
We Zltech now is working on develop high efficiency 8 cylinders&16 cylinders V type series products. Natural gas, solar power and other alternative fuel powered products are also in our prospertice programs.
