CHONGQING HWASDAN MACHINERY MANUFACTURING CO.,LTD

Chongqing Hwasdan Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.(hereafter referred to as Hwasdan), established in 1990, is a comprehensive private company specializing in design, R&D,manufacture and marking of small-sized machinery. Our main products include agricultural machinery(used for plowing, cultivation, harvest and transport), general gasoline engines, generators, water pumps, small construction machinery and garden machinery.
Hwasdan, located in Xipeng Industry Park ,Jiulongpo District ,Chongqing,China, totally covers an area of more than 85000 square meters and has approximately 800 employees, including 80 technical staff. As of 2012, we have gained the annual production capacity of RMB1.2 billion. Among our production, the annual output of agricultural machine has reached about 0.3 million units; the yearly output of general machinery has reached 0.5 million units; and about 0.8 million sets of core parts are produced annually. Apart from this production base, another two production bases are under construction and will be completed in the end of 2014. One is harvest machinery manufacturing base with an area of 153333 square meters in Baishiyi town,Jiulongpo District ,Chongqing, and the other is core parts manufacturing base with an area of 133333 square meters in Hechuan District,Chongqing. After the two bases are built, the plant area od Hwasdan will expand to 280,000 square meters and the number of employees will increase to more than 2000. In 2014, the annual total production capacity will reach RMB 3 billion and then we are able to produce 0.5 million units of agricultural machinery, 1 million units of general machine and 2 million sets of core parts annually.
In order to create first-class enterprise, Hwasdan combines the high-end information technology with traditional machinery manufacturing technology and adhere to the following concept: “Technical innovation push enterprise growth; Management innovation promote enterprise progress”. In addition, Hwasdan is going to move into the high intelligence agricultural and garden management industry on the basis of internet technology and automatic control technology. Meanwhile, we will build the international mechanical product electronic trading platform and barter transaction settlement platform by combining the internet, E-business with entity marketing channels, goods-currency settlement with goods-goods settlement, and one -one trade with one-to- many trade.
