ANHUI HELI INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE IMPORT & EXPORT CO., LTD.

Anhui Heli Industrial Vehicle Import & Export Co., Ltd. ("The Company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. Its predecessor, Anhui Heli Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd., was established on February 10, 1998, with its primary business engaged in the export sales of the industrial vehicles: forklifts, stack trucks, reach trucks, tractors, pallet trucks, and associated parts and accessories.

In August 1998, the Company was authorized by Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. as the General Distributor of the "HELI" brand products for the overseas market. Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. is a leading enterprise of industrial trucks in China, and which was early to be listed in stock exchange among Chinese industrial truck industry. The Company received many business certifications, to include ISO 9001, ISO 14000, National First Class Safety Quality Standardization Enterprise, etc. The "HELI" brand was recognized nationally as the "Excellent Trade Mark"; by the Ministry of Commerce as the "Emphasized Export Brand Name"; by the Chinese Electrical & Mechanical Business Association as the "Reputable Export Brand"; by the Chinese Customs Authority as the "2005 Honor List of Import & Export Enterprises", and was assessed as the "No. 1 Brand Name of Chinese Forklift Market". The Company was the "Nationally Recognized Enterprise Technical Center" named jointly by the National Economic Development Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the General Customs Authority, and the National Revenue Bureau.

The Company devotes itself to develop the international market, and has successfully established a sales and marketing network in more than 80 countries around the world. The CE- and U.S. EPA-Certified "HELI" brand trucks exported by the Company were now distributed to more than 150 countries and regions in the North America, Western Europe, Australia, Mid East, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia.
