We have all categories heated products production lines, such as electric throw, electric blankets, electric mattress pad, hand warmer, foot warmer, heated car blankets. We have 20 single head quilting machines, 15 multi heads quilting machines, 6 assembling and sewing lines with over 200 different sewing machines, which make us can produce around 10,000pcs finished products every day. In order to improve and monitor electric blankets quality, we have invested high standard dust-free plant to produce controllers, will also carry 100% high-pot testing to verify electric products safety, 100% life testing (PTC Room Testing), 100% functional testing, to ensure all products are safety and functional.

We have built professional and well-equipped heating pad production lines cover all heating pad categories; 4 automatic heating pad wiring machines which make sure our daily capacity around 8000 pcs. We’re working with many US heating pad brands, such as Theracare, Homedics, Meijer, DMI.
Well-equipped laboratory makes us can carry all necessary testing for all standards.
