Rixing was established in 1996. We own the independently developed brand BLG. With full international and domestic sales capabilities and certification, we will integrate the R&D, production and sales of professional audio, car audio and home audio products and accessories including cables.

Rixing is a national high-tech enterprise with a fairly desirable scale of production. We now own a production area of 47,000 square meters spread over a land of 20,616 square meters. With more than 300 full-time employees, we own outstanding technical strength. The professional R&D team with multi-disciplinary backgrounds features 35 engineers and technicians including those dedicated to acoustics, electronics, and Quality Control tasks. They take the initiative to learn advanced engineering and technical concepts at home and abroad. Regularly conducting seminars and trainings to continuously update the team's technical strength, our highly skilled engineers are closely cooperating with our customers from the USA, Europe, and many South American countries on a wide range of OEM and special design projects.

Rixing has a continuous program of investment for up-to-date producing facilities in a wide range of areas from both home and abroad. Our manufacturing base is equipped with multiple SMT high-speed placement machines, plug-in machines, injection molding machines, and CNC machines. We have workshops to exclusively produce speakers, amplifiers, hardware accessories, injection molding work, and cables to ensure the presence of large and complete industrial chain supporting facilities. We have a full set of molds to open in-house. In the hardware processing center, tasks including mold making, die-casting are conducted efficiently. The speaker workshop has automatic production lines. The properly configured tools, orderly arranged materials and the machines like magnet chargers give us a glimpse of Rixing’s technological capacities. The wooden box workshop is low-dust and environmentally friendly. The design and test of the components and finished products are meticulous. All products must undergo rigorous testing and associated aging tests before they leave the factory. From the acid-base test, the drop test ，the mechanical switch test, the acoustic measurements and real-life setting tests, we can know about the robust quality control system of Rixing, which assures the top quality of our products. Rising’s standardized operating procedures and close collaboration between departments ensures its stable production capacity. From raw material processing to finished products, from speaker units to complete sound systems, from SMT manufacturing to production and paint spraying of cabinets, all of the work is completed in our company, ensuring complete controllability during the whole process. With nearly all component manufactured in house, we conduct strict quality control over both the components to the full sets of products through each step from design to production to ensure clarity of voice and accurate and unmatched levels of performance.

Well supported with the rigorous quality control system, our products meet the national and international standards as stipulated by the International Electro-technical Committee(IEC). We are certified to “National Industrial Product Making License” and “Quality License of Export Electric Products in China”. We have gained ISO9002 quality control system Certification and ISO14000 Environmental Management System. Meanwhile, we have also obtained CE-Certificate and ROHS Standard.
