Ltd. is the cleaning expert beside you. since its establishment in 2000, Dahua has been focusing on the research and development, manufacturing, sales and service of vacuum cleaners for 20 years. As one of the top ten vacuum cleaner exporters in China, its products are exported all over the world and enjoy a high reputation in the field of cleaning at home and abroad.

Dahua is located in Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, the "Home of Chinese Molds", the birthplace of the ancient Hemudu culture。 It is in the west of Ningbo which has the fourth largest port in the world. two hours by car travel to biggest international city Shanghai and one hour to Hangzhou International Airport, enjoying very convenient transportation .

The company covers an area of 68,000 square meters and a construction area of 92,000 square meters. The company has four workshops, increasingly introducing intelligent manufacturing equipment and gradually implementing automated production.
1. The injection workshop has 91 injection machines with robotic operation and has introduced the most advanced two-color technology and full electric injection machines.
2. There are 4 assembly lines in the PCB workshop with advanced Panasonic SMT machines
3. Motor workshop now has four automatic rotator production lines, two automatic stator production lines and one automatic brushless motor production line.
4. In the assembly workshop, there are one screen printing line, four accessory assembly lines, eight final unit assembly lines.
The total annual production capacity can reach 4 million pieces of vacuum cleaners.

Dahua has always attached importance to the training of talents and product development. So far the company has more than 50 R&D and related engineering personnels, a total of more than 100 models of vacuum cleaners designed and manufactured. The product range includes all types of vacuum cleaners such as bagged, baggless, portable, stick, wet&dry and cordless rechargeable models. All the products have obtained ETL, CE, GS, ERP, CCC and other national safety certification marks and energy efficiency certifications, and all have obtained China national patents of industrial design, pantents for utility and invention.

Thanks to the development of charging technology and based on the customer's preference to the convenient use of cordless products, the company has invested twenty millions of US dollar in PCB SMT machines, automatic brushless motor manufacturing lines, and set up a professional technical research and development team, independently developing and manufacturing PCB and various types of motors including brushless ones, which all have provided support and guarantee for the launch of more and better rechargeable vacuum cleaners every year.

We conduct tests and verifications at various stages such as new product development, incoming inspection, random sample checking, and final shipment inspection for product’s air performance, material character, products life, and user experience to ensure that products meet and exceed all relevant standards and requirements.
