Guangdong Leiyon Intelligence Technology Corp. is a professional manufacturer specialized in R&D, production and sales of consumer electronics. The company covers an area of 40,000 square meters and employs more than 500 people. The main product categories are: Hifi Systems, Home Theater, Portable Speakers, Karaoke machines and Soundbar. In April 2015, Leiyon launched the production of smart robot vacuum cleaners.

Leiyon is a certified manufacturer with ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO 14001 environmental management standard and BSCI approval. The factory is Walmart inspected and certified and regularly passes technical audits of international companies. All our products are in line with international quality standards.

PRODUCTION FACILITIES:
Consistently high-quality manufacturing is guaranteed by our reliably accurate production system.
The factory is equipped with 7 modernized assembly lines and up-to-date machinery among which are High / Low Temperature Chamber, Drop Tester, High-Pot / Insulation Tester, ESD Tester, Mechanical Tester, EMC Tester, X-ray Machine for ROHS Test etc.
Our monthly production capacity reaches 100,000 pcs.

To ensure this quality, since its establishment, Leiyon has been strictly following its own quality-control system to cover all aspects of research, manufacturing and customer service.
Each product category has a different quality control standard to ensure they meet requirements.
Strict supervision at every stage of production, quality agreements and return policy with the supply chain and high AQL criteria allow us to pursue a decent level of quality and service.
We divide our quality control into four inspection stages: IQC (Incoming Quality Control); IPQC (In Process Quality Control); FQC (Final Quality Control); OQC (Outgoing Quality Control).

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:
Our experienced and qualified personnel play an important role in our success. Our team’s skills range in scope from product designers, research and development engineers, workers and professionals in sales and export.
Our experienced R&D and product development team of over 30 engineers combine design, business and engineering skills to create products that meet both market and production requirements.
Every half a year we develop and launch around 5-7 new designs and models.

We have a presence in more than 100 countries throughout the world via national or local distributors, retailers, hypermarkets and e-commerce.
Beyond that, Leiyon is an OEM manufacturer for worldwide brands such as Philips, Toshiba, Daewoo, Akai, Polaroid, Sherwood etc.
