MeiYa Updated High-tech Materials Co., Ltd, initially known as Anhui Huaihe River Chemical Co., Ltd, is a large synthetic material producer located in the intelligent manufacturing park of Huainan Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Anhui Province in Eastern China, which was evolved from Huainan Mining Bureau Synthetic Material Plant founded in 1974. It was one of support material producers designated by the former Ministry of Coal Industry, and one of the coal water slurry production bases in China. In February 2016, approved by SAIC, Anhui Huaihe River Chemical Co., Ltd was renamed as MeiYa Updated High-tech Material Industry Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of 52.539072 million yuan, its corporation stock was listed in National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) in April 2015, with the stock short name as "MeiYa Hi-tech" and the stock code as 832263.
The company primarily engages in developing and producing a wide range of mine supporting products including resin anchoring agent, metal bolt, polyurethane anchoring agent, mine reinforcement materials, hole packer, foam dust removal agent, and other series products such as unsaturated polyester, NF superplasticizer and so on, which are widely applied to mining, construction, water conservancy, hydro-electricity, etc. The products manufactured by MeiYa were ever used in many national key projects including the Yangtze River Three Gorges Project, the Yellow River Xiaolangdi Water Control Project, Qinghai-Tibet railway construction, Beijing Olympic venues building, China pavilion building in Shanghai World Expo, and the large mine construction, etc.
