The fresh yeast milk obtained by fermentation can be treated by autolysis, enzymolysis, separation, concentration and spray-drying so as to obtain yeast deep-processing products, including yeast hydrolysate, yeast extract, yeast cell wall and other products. They have been widely used in food flavoring, biological culture and animal nutrition, and the market prospect is broad.
