Our company covers an area of 60 thousand square meters and this allowed us to acquire a building area of 40,000 square meters of standard workshop. We specialized in designing, producing,processing and sales of plastic products, brought in dozens of big automatic blow moulding machines auxiliary equipment. By now, we have tens of different types of folding table, chair & bench, the annual turnover of blow moulding products is above 1 million sets. We provide complete category and high price-quality ratio plastic furniture for the customers all over the world.Jiangsu Jianmei Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive and intelligent enterprise integrating design, development, production and trade.We have perfect ISO9001 manage system and pass the BRCI audit certification, has injection molding industry pallet & Garbage can and outdoor garden division.After 10 years development, our company has two factories with a total area of 100,000 square meters. The Jianmei covers an area of 45,000 square meters, with fixed assets of 400 million RMB and an annual output value of 350 million RMB.
Our company is located in the Qutang Industrial Park Area, Hai’an county, Nantong City,north of the Yangtze River Delta.It near junction of Taizhou and Hai'an Expressway,close to the upcoming Shanghai Third International Airport, enjoy convenient geographical location with highway S28 line access and high-speed railway to Shanghai in 2020.
In terms of production equipment, our company has 5 sets computerized automatic blow molding machines vary from 1000g to 2000g, 18 sets injection molding machines, 2 sets fully automatic bending machines, 2 sets tube bending machines, 10 sets infrared punching machines, 12 sets CNC machining machines, 3 sets artificial intelligence welding robots, 6 sets mixing machines, 1 set automatic packaging machine,3 spray lines
