NEW FUTURE INTERNATIONAL TRDAE CO.,LTD.

New Future International Trade Co., Ltd was established in 2001. Prior to its establishment it was a subsidiary of Shandong Foreign Trade (Holdings) Co., Ltd., having a registered capital of RMB 10 million. It underwent a transformation in a merger and reconstruction of the former Import and Export Division of Shandong Foreign Trade Co. Ltd. and Shandong Baofeng Trading Company, in 2005. After the merger and reconstruction, it was transformed into a new type of stock company, with its majority shares held by Shandong Yuantian International Co. Ltd and other shares owned by natural persons. Its major business is export and import, with an annual import and export volume of about US$100 million.
With honesty and sincerity as the basis of its business, and "To be a person of integrity, and to do things whole-heartedly" as its core value, the company has established business relations with hundreds of customers from the US, Canada, Japan, the EU, Russia, Korea, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Its domestic clients include large ports, industrial and mining enterprises, electric power enterprises, SMEs, research institutes and hospitals from Shandong Province, and enterprises and traders from Beijing, Shanghai and other places in China.
Major products that the company imports include: port machinery, large general equipment, industrial complete plants, wood pulp, road bitumen, steel, chemical products and electronic instruments. Meanwhile the company handles the import of the patented technologies specific to its imported equipment. Its main export business is export of big ships, including tankers for refined oil, Pure Car/Truck Carriers and bulk cargo ships. Other export commodities of the company include home textiles, arts and crafts, chemicals, mechanical and electrical products, frozen vegetables and canned food.
The company adheres to a business value of honesty and sincerity, which has won it a Class A Enterprise title from the Customs, and secured its solid cooperative relationship with the Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, China Construction Bank and the Bank of Communications in the financial circle.
