SHB was established in 1986. The current headquarters are located in the Wenzhou region of Zhejiang province, China. At present, SHB group employs more than 1,300 people with 250 professional employees. The facility is equipped with more than 400 pieces of advanced equipment that are mostly imported from Japan, Germany, the USA and Switzerland. SHB obtained QS9000/ISO9001 certification in 2001 and received TS 16949 certification in 2004.

The sales revenue of SHB group in reached 42 million USD in 2003. The primary products are a variety of wiper motors produced mainly for domestic OEM markets (40% market share) and seating motors manufactured for famous, over-seas Tier 1 suppliers.

In 2003, SHB group purchased 7 hectares of land in Shanghai for future development. SHB will combine world-class equipment and assembly lines together with talented people in this new facility to meet the growing needs of the automobile market.
