Zhejiang Baochi Industry&Trade Co,. Ltd is a professional manufacturer of various types of aluminium alloy wheel. The company was founded in 1990, and the auto wheels put into production from this year, which covers an area of 40000 square meters and more than 200 emplyees, and located in Huzhen Town Industril Zone, Jinyun Country, Zhejiang Province.
During the passed ten years, we are professional in producing motorcycle wheel and ATV wheels. Started to produce Auto wheels in the end of year 2013. The annual capacity is around one Million aluminum wheels.
Our company running and managed strictly to ISO/TSI6949:2002 quality assurance system. We obtained the certificates of JWL/VIA(JAP), and are ready to apply for TUV in Germany, American SFI international standard. We now have a complete set of casting equipment, heat treatment process equipment, machining equipment and coating lines, including: Gravity casting machines 10, machine center 3, Taiwan Yuandong nc Machine 10. And we have laboratory in-house, the test equipments there including more than 10 inspection equipments such as, X-ray detection machine, spectrograph, cornering fatigue, radial fatigue and impact test machinees, and so on.
