coordinated development and the Central Plains economic circle. It is equipped with advantageous geographical location,
convenient transportation and beautiful environment, about half an hour away from HSR station of Xingtai city and one
and a half hours away from Shijiazhuang International Airport.

“lightweight” has become more and more popular among cycling enthusiasts. Magnesium alloy materials have the
characteristics of small density, light weight, high strength, good cushioning effect, high impact load resistance,
strong resistance to organic and alkali corrosion, and high recycling value. Magnesium is the lightest metal in
practical metals. Magnesium has a specific gravity of about 2/3 of aluminum and 1/4 of iron. It is mainly used in
aviation, aerospace, automotive, chemical, rocket and other industrial sectors. Among them, the lightweight of
automotive industry, demands of environmental protection, especially the development of new energy vehicles,

In May 2018, the group company newly established the “Magnesium Alloy Business Unit” with a total
investment of RMB 520 million yuan, covering an area of 266,667 square meters and a construction area of
146,700 square meters. There are magnesium alloy casting workshop, stoving varnish workshop, assembly
workshop, machine repair workshop, finished product warehouse, raw material warehouse, comprehensive office
building, staff dormitory and so on in Tiantian Group. It has purchased 7410 sets of equipment, including
magnesium alloy die-casting machines, punching machines, CNC numerical control machines, infrared baking
temperature machines, strength testing machines and so on.The Group can annually produce 3 million magnesium alloy bicycles for aerospace materials, with an annual
revenue of RMB 1.7 billion yuan. The company's self-developed frame, rim and mechanical press integrated
molding advanced technology has the characteristics of high degree of automation, high efficiency, low energy
consumption, etc. Each machine can produce more than 1000 sets of products per day, greatly reducing the labor
input and completely subverting the traditional equipment technology. Being the first in China and exclusive
company to the north of the Yangtze River to produce bicycles by applying to magnesium alloy materials.
