CASTTE is established since 2012. We do all types of cut and sew sleepwear and loungewear across all categories. Value additions like placement prints, hand work, embroidery work and 3D design are well within our capability.

We have three factories with 100 lines in two countries. Approximately 2000 strong work force are putting their combined effort in achieving their goal. We produce approximately 1.3 millions units per month and 60% for ladies, 30% for Kids and 10% for mens. Fabric wise 80% knit and 20% woven. All the lines are maintained 2.5 AQL at factory level.


We deliver over 5 million pieces of sleepwear and loungewear a year to our customers around the world. Offering them the right product at the right time at the right cost. Our core expertise lies in woven fabrications, especially likes Cotton Flannel, Poplin，Coral Fleece，French Terry etc. We be able to source all types of fabric from the industry.

Our product Development teams work with customers on product specifications, including advising on new raw material application and other value-added technologies, so as to enhance the contemplated designs for producing high-quality products.

Manufacturing
We have well developed infrastructure for manufacturing quality garments. In house production and finishing facility provide confidence and gives greater product satisfaction.ERP system management and Japanese production management.

Quality is essential business philosophy. Quality control is done at all stages from raw materials till shipping. We ensure consistently good quality merchandiser at all times.
