Wuhan Yudahua Textile and Garment Group Co. Ltd was established in 1919, with former name Wucang Yuhua cotton mill. Our enterprises have participated in and witnessed the historical process of continuous development of Chinese national textile.
In October of 2015, Wuhan Yudahua Textile and Garment Group Co.Ltd was reborn from the combination of four state-owned companies, i.e., Wuhan Yudahua Group Co.Ltd, Wuhan Jiangnan Industry Group Co.Ltd, Wuhan Bingchuan Group Co.Ltd and Wuhan First Cotton Group Co.Ltd.
After reorganization, Yudahua started a fast development way of transformation and upgrading, extending to the end of industrial chain and transforming towards to the high value chain, to establish three business platforms of “high level textile manufacturing”, “modern textile service” and “ fashion textile garment” according to the developing method of “reorganization, innovation, upgrading”, and gradually created a complete industrial chain of raw material trade--yarn--weaving--printing and dyeing--garment, with the vision to be the one of the best domestic modern textile service company.
